SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders placed on workdays will be shipped within 24/48h. No orders will be shipped on weekends. You will receive an email from us with the tracking number as soon as we have prepared your order for shipment.
Orders over $300 qualify for free shipping within the USA. Orders over $500 are shipping with a Direct Signature Required option.
For express and international shipping orders we mainly use UPS or FedEx.
It may happen that you want to return the ordered product(s) or part thereof after receipt. As a consumer you may do so within 14 days after receipt of the order (the so-called cooling-off period). This does not apply to business orders.
To make use of this arrangement are some conditions that also apply to warranty handling within the exchange period of 14 days.
You have placed your order as a consumer.
Request your return number via email, within 14 days after delivery of the order including (copy) invoice.
The product is complete (including undamaged protective films). Nicely used. Undamaged and has been stripped of passwords, email addresses and any tokens used are restored.
The product is, if reasonably possible, packed in the original packaging with overbox or wrapped in packing paper to protect the original packaging. using transparent tape! without unnecessary stickers and or notes attached to the original packaging.
Undamaged packaging in the broadest sense, including the inner packaging.
The costs for returning the goods are for your own account.
The order is not a business order.
Does not apply to Software and Media including Blu-ray discs, DVDs and specially prepared storage media such as custom made or custom created hard drives.
For visible signs of use, failure to remove passwords, email addresses or unrecovered tokens, we will provide you with a partial refund of 75% of the original purchase price. Examples of signs of use: Incomplete and/or without (over) box or other protective packaging, the product is damaged or soiled by e.g. (greasy) fingerprints, smoking smell.
In case of serious defect or a combination of the above, we may decide not to honor the return and will return it to you.
Once we have received the return in good order we will accept it and the amount will be refunded to your account within 5 working days.
DEFECTIVE OR WRONG PRODUCT
Is a product defective, did you receive the wrong product or do you have questions about the operation of your product? Please send us an e-mail, giving a clear description of the problem and always refer to the order number for a quick handling of your request. Of course you can always call us. This contributes to a faster handling of your question.
