Ordering an “Installed by JVB” Modification or Upgrade

You are currently ordering an “Installed by JVB” modification or upgrade. This means you will need to ship your player to one of JVB Digital’s service locations, where the modification will be professionally installed.

This service includes both the modification kit and its installation on your player.

Please note: shipping costs to JVB Digital are not included in your order. Return shipping will be calculated and added during checkout. The correct shipping address will be provided to you by email after your order has been received, based on your location.

What to Include & How to Pack

Make sure the player is packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.

Include your order number and/or return details inside the package (for example, a printed copy of your order confirmation email).

• Shipments must be sent with proof of delivery (tracked and signed).
• Packages without proof of delivery will not be accepted.
• Do not include manuals, discs, cables, or accessories unless explicitly requested.
• Only send the player and the remote control (if available).

Please ensure the player is fully functional before shipping. This is not a repair service, defective or malfunctioning units will be returned immediately.

Turnaround Time & Return Shipping

Once your player has been received, it will be scheduled for modification.

Return shipping will be handled according to the option selected during checkout and will include insurance. Your player will be returned in the same packaging in which it was received.

The average turnaround time is approximately 3 working days, excluding shipping time.

You will receive tracking details by email once the modification is complete. These details are also available via the “My Account” section on our website.
